1. The Website
Mattes Miniatures website (the "Website") is owned and operated by Matthias Lüdtke. All of the goods on this Website are offered by Maththias Lüdtke which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.

2. Pricing and promotions
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions (such as special offers or promotions) and to the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

All prices on the Mattes Miniatures website are in Euro € and doesn´t include the VAT, as a freelancer artist, according to § 19 UStG (German aw) Mattes Miniatures charge no sales tax.

3. Placing an order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact our office before placing an order with us either by email at guitarmatt88@web.de or by post using the address given below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Mattes Miniatures to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Mattes Miniatures for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

The payment is made alternatively:
in advance or per Paypal or
Credit- /Debitcard via WIX.
If you choose the payment type Prepayment, we will call you our
Bank connection in order confirmation. The invoice amount is
Within 10 days of receipt of the order confirmation to our account
to remit.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery charges

4. Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order for personalised items if the work has already been done for you.

5. Returns Policy
Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (Germany customers) and 21 days of receipt (Overseas) in their original condition and with their original unopened packaging in order to receive a full refund. Return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser, unless the goods are faulty or you have been sent an incorrect product.

6. Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. All miniatures will be sent without painting. The material is described in the product informations.

7. Disclaimer & limitations of liability

While Mattes Miniatures uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Mattes Miniatures will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
While Mattes Miniatures takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.
Further, Mattes Miniatures will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Mattes Miniatures.
Mattes Miniatures will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Copy, print (one copy only) or download extracts of the material on this website for the sole purpose of using this website in good faith for domestic purposes or placing an order with Mattes Miniatures; and

While we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside of Germany, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside of Germany complies with any applicable non-Germany laws or regulations.
